Each afternoon, children will dive into creative writing and playwriting, building imagination, communication, teamwork, and confidence through engaging, collaborative activities—giving them the skills and self-assurance to head back to school ready to shine.

Afternoon English in August
Each afternoon, we will explore different aspects of creative writing and playwriting, with the goal of completing a short play by the end of the week. Along the way, participants will be challenged with spontaneous prompts—such as introducing a new object, character, event, or unexpected twist into their story—to encourage imagination, adaptability, and creative thinking in the moment.
Throughout the process, participants will collaborate to develop their ideas, fostering creativity, teamwork, communication, and confidence in making decisions together as their stories evolve.
